Post installation of Recurring donations package 1.19-- step #6?

I have upgraded Recurring Donations & Pledge package to the latest version (1.19)

In configuring the package everything goes fine until step #6: "Create buttons for New Recurring Donations for account and new Recurring Donation for contact"

Per the screencast, I should modify the custom button for: "New Recurring Contact Donation" so the Recurring Donation Name & Organization fields will automatically populate when one selects a: "new" Recurring Donation from the "Contact page."

However, when I go the the custom button- "New Recurring Contact Donation" I am UNABLE to edit any of the fields!  The page states: " This custom button is managed..."

What process should I use to update the required code (per the screencast)? So the fields will automatically populate correctly?

If you don't like how the included buttons work, you can create your own and just take the old buttons off the page layout.
