Picklist: Organization type

Hello all,

 

New user with a trial edition of the Non-profit start pack. Have a very basic question but can't for the life of me work out how to solve it. Can anyone help?

 

I'm trying to edit the picklist for organization type. I want to edit the pre-set values and add some of my own (e.g. trust, school, university etc.)

 

I am set up as an administrator and have been looking in App Setup > Customise and from there I get stuck. In both > Fields and > Record Types I can't work out how to add/change picklist values.

 

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Setup -> Customize -> Accounts -> Fields -> Type

 

"Accounts" is the underlying Salesforce name for the object that gets renamed to "Organizations" by the nonprofit starter pack. Setup is one of the places that the renaming doesn't effect.

 

Click the actual field name, "Type", to get to the page where you can see and edit the picklist values, not the "Edit" or "Replace" links to the left of the field name.

Thank you Thomas. I think I managed to click everywhere except the place I was supposed to! All working fine now.
