Using Formula Fields on Reports and Views to Allow User Action

I just wrote up a way to use formula fields displayed on reports and views to turn those lists into places to get wo.... It's a method that recreates the links that Salesforce.com uses to initiate actions.
On any report or view you can add an "Edit | Del" link, or put an "Add to Campaign" link on your Contact view, or even a "Send an Email" link on your call down report for a campaign.
I think it's a really powerful way to lower the number of clicks you need to go through to get work done.
